Poor support… and did not automatically select the original photo

Good application for finding duplicates. Note the program will not automatically select the original in either the free for paid version. It will select what the program believes to be the best resolution. Support was not at all helpful. Very combative. They did convince me to upgrade to a paid version and said that would fix the issue. “the paid version has more options” I saw no difference in the programs and had the same issue.
